Streamline review management
Use this integration to create Zoho Desk tickets for each Trustpilot review. Once the tickets are created, an agent can directly reply to the review from Zoho Desk, and each of their replies is added as a reply to the respective review on Trustpilot. Any further reply from the reviewer is added as a reply in the Zoho Desk ticket. This integration ensures that your team never misses a review or feedback from a customer.
